Gilberto to move to former club?

This is what Gilberto said earlier this week:
“I was excited when Atletico Mineiro sealed promotion back to the top division,” said the Samba King star. “If I receive such an invitation, it is logical to say ‘yes’ – for the affection, it would be an immense pleasure for me.”
“Such a proposal would be very welcome, but I know that this does not only depend on me.”
Despite all the headlines this week, this isn’t actually news. Gilberto has always said he would be interested in moving back to Brazil after his Arsenal career. (He’s been saying it for the last three years.)
